mdm2-/-; p53M214K/M214K adult zebrafish accumulate mutant p53 protein in most tissues. Five-month-old mdm2-/-; p53M214K/M214K, mdm4-/-; p53M214K/M214K and p53M214K/M214K adult zebrafish were sacrificed, fixed and embedded in paraffin for histological analysis with the p53-5.1 hybridoma supernatant. The sections were counterstained with hematoxylin and imaged under brightfield at × 40 magnification.
