Zebrafish, but not mouse, Dmbx1 mRNA counteracts the zebrafish knockdown phenotype. (A) Representative images of single embryos, lateral view anterior to the left from the different groups analyzed for a dorsalization phenotype. Embryos were injected with the mRNA concentrations shown, co-injected with 10 ng of either MO1a or MO1b as indicated, and scored for a dorsalized phenotype at 24 hpf.
