(B) Formation of Flag-Smad3/HA-Smad4 complex was not affected by coexpression of tob1a (1 μg and 4 μg from left to right) in HEK293T cells. (C) The level of phosphorylated Smad3 (indicated by an arrow), which was promoted by coexpression of caALK4, was not affected by coexpression of tob1a (1 μg and 4 μg from left to right) in HEK293T cells.
