The effect of PoF-spondin mRNA on marker genes of germ layer expression in zebrafish embryos. Embryos were microinjected with PoF-spondin mRNA at the one-cell stage and harvested at 50% epiboly stage for in situ hybridization. A to D: ntl probe; E to H: otx2/krox20 probe; I to L: gsc probe. A, B, E, F, I, and J were from the lateral view (up of animal pole and down of vegetable pole); C, D, G, H, K, and L were from the animal pole view.

The relative expression of genes related to nerve development in zebrafish after PoF-spondin mRNA injection. A-D: Foxo3b; E-H: Foxj1a; and I-L: Spon1b were identified, and the injected and uninjected counterparts were compared. A, B, E, F, I, and J were from the lateral view (up of animal pole and down of vegetable pole); C, D, G, H, K and L were from the animal pole view.
