(A and B) Immunohistochemistry with the F310 antibody to detect fast muscle myosin in Tu control and ryr1a,3 MO-treated embryos at 30hpf. Images are transverse cross sections. (C-E) Slow muscle fiber numbers were reduced following treatment with azumolene. Slow muscle fibers were detected at 26hpf with F59 antibody recognizing myosin in (C) vehicle control, (D) 100μM azumolene, and (E) 200μM azumolene-treated embryos. Scale bar indicates 25μm.
