The NTR used here was a zebrafish codon optimized version of "enhanced potency" or epNTR. The UTR used here was a synthetic UTR zb3 containing target sites for several non-neuronal microRNAs, strongly suppresses expression of a UAS driven reporter in heart, muscle and skin.
