Normal cardiogenesis and myofibrillogenesis in the absence of all Xirps.

(A) Neither cardiac nor skeletal muscle sarcomeric organization of myofibrils is affected in 48 hpf xirp1^sa0046 mutants. Green: α-Actinin or Myosin; red: Actin.
