In silico prediction of degradation motifs in TBC1D23. (A) PEST-find analysis predicts two high-confidence PEST sequences (boxed, scores > + 5.00) in the C-terminal region of TBC1D23. (B) GPS-Uber analysis identifies eleven potential ubiquitination sites (Score > 0.2655), ten of which are located C-terminal to the truncation site.
