Binding partners of PITPNC1. The PITP domain circled in red can bind to the adaptor protein, ATRAP and to HSC70. The C-terminal extension contains the residues, Ser274 and Ser299 which bind to 14-3-3 proteins when phosphorylated. The binding site of Rab1B is not known but it binds more strongly to Pitpnc1 when the phospho-sites on the C-terminus are mutated.
