IL10 controls blood vessel organoid (BVO) development and enhances vasculogenesis and angiogenesis. 3000 undifferentiated hiPSCs were induced to form BVOs over 15 days in the presence of 1 µg/ml anti-IL10 antibody, 20 ng/ml IL10, or respective control (IgG or Ctrl) during mesoderm induction stage. Day 9 of BVOs were collected and subjected to HE (A-B) and IF staining (C-D) analysis, respectively. Image J was used for measuring BVO size (B) and CD31-positive area within BVOs (D), respectively. # in (A) indicates angiogenic zone. The data presented here are representative (A and C) and mean±S.E.M (B and D) of three independent experiments (n=3). *P<0.05 (vs IgG or Ctrl). |
