Effects of (A) homosalate (HS) and (B) octisalate (OS) on embryo coagulation, hatchability, and larval survival in wild-type (black circle), thr?a-/- (red circle), and miR-499-/- (green inverted triangle) zebrafish embryo/larvae. The results are shown as arithmetic mean ± standard deviation of a total of 72 embryo/larvae (24 larvae/replicate with 3 replicates). Asterisk (*) indicates significant differences between solvent control and exposure groups (p<0.05). Sharp (#) indicates significant differences between wild-type and knockout fish groups (p<0.05).
