Response of cyp19a1b and vtg1 expression to estrogen stimulation. (A,B) Groups of 30 zebrafish embryos were treated from 2 to 4 dpf with 1 μM 17β-estradiol (E2). Levels of cyp19a1b and vtg1 mRNA relative to β-actin RNA were determined by qPCR. The results are presented as mean ± SEM values.
