(B, C, D, E) Violin plots showing levels of selected differential metabolites as abundance values, normalized as described in the Materials and Methods section. Statistically significant differences between the WT and MUT1 lines were determined using an unpaired multiple Welch’s t test (*P ≤ 0.05; **P ≤ 0.01; ***P ≤ 0.001; and ****P < 0.0001) (n = 240 for each line, extracted and analyzed in batches of 40).
