The PP60 and its effect on melanin contents were measured using embryos of the zebrafish. The positive control kojic acid together with the embryos of the zebrafish was evaluated with 20, 40, and 60 µg/mL of PP60. Percentages of control are presented. ^∗p < 0.05.
