Potentiation of thromboxane receptor agonist-induced pre-cardiac edema by an oxidative stress inducer was sensitive to a thromboxane receptor blocker and a prostacyclin receptor agonist. Paraquat (Para) (100 µg/ml), ICI-192,605 (ICI) (24 µM), beraprost (Bera) (10 µM,) and U46619 (0.5 µM) were applied from 48 hpf and pre-cardiac cavity was evaluated at 55 hpf. Results are expressed as percentage of the control (means ± SEM). n=20. Values with different letters are significantly different (P<0.05).
