Parameters are expressed as percentages from the total number of embryos assayed for each condition, comparing the incubation of the embryos from 2 dpi to 12 dpi at 28 °C, 34 °C and 36 °C. Error bars represent the standard deviation (SD). One-way ANOVA was performed, and differences were considered significant when * p < 0.05 (n28 °C = 150, n34 °C = 150, n36 °C = 120). The experiment has been performed in triplicate. |
