Appb regulates blastoderm cell adhesiveness. Embryos of wild-type or appbmutant background were injected with red (R) or green (G) fluorescent dextran at the one-cell stage, dissociated and mixed 1:1 at sphere stage and co-cultured in fibronectin coated plates (A,B).
