Representative teratology observed from zebrafish embryos treated with 5-aza-dC at 75 µM from 0 to 2 dpf. Teratology was observed from 2 dpf in two out of seven families, and between 3 and 4 dpf, it was observed in all tested families. Different types of teratologies were observed; body curvature, problems with yolk-sac reabsorption and body deformation |
