In Gα13 morphants, the subduction of endocardial precursors is impaired. In toto confocal time-lapse experiments were performed on control (A-D′) and gna13a/b MO-injected (E-H′) Tg(fli: fli-GFP/sox17: memCherry) embryos (Supplementary movie 4).
