- Note
- Woods et al. (2005, ZDB-PUB-050823-6) reported orthology to P2RY5 (LPAR6) based on sequence similarity. Subsequent curator analysis showed that the zgc:153784 protein has much higher identity to LPAR6. Based on this analysis, the orthology reported by Woods, et al has been removed. Orthology from Auer et al. 2007 (ZDB-PUB-070513-23), where the zebrafish ortholog may have been misidentified, has also been removed.
