- Description
- Enables chondroitin 4-sulfotransferase activity. Acts upstream of or within chondroitin sulfate biosynthetic process; motor neuron axon guidance; and muscle organ development. Predicted to be located in Golgi membrane. Is expressed in several structures, including central nervous system; notochord; pectoral fin bud; spinal cord neural keel; and spinal cord neural tube. Orthologous to human CHST11 (carbohydrate sulfotransferase 11).
