Reduction of the tumour area in zebrafish larvae after cisplatin treatment. Human tongue UT-SCC-24A carcinoma cells were labelled with CellTrace Far Red and injected in the perivitelline space of the zebrafish larvae. For the cisplatin-treated group, cisplatin at a concentration of 3 µg/ml was added to the embryonic medium. Fish were kept at 34 °C for 3 days and then fixed with 4% formaldehyde, mounted on slides and imaged under a microscope. Scale bar = 100 µm
