BIOGRAPHY AND RESEARCH INTERESTS
PhD in Comparative Genomics. Current research interests include conserved non-coding sequences between Fugu and Mammals to identify putative regulatory regions which are functionally assayed in zebrafish. Also looking at regulatory subfunctionalisation in fish duplicated genes.
