A parasitic helminthiasis infectious disease that involves infection of skin, eyes, and viscera in humans by the parasitic nematodes Ancylostoma braziliense, Ancylostoma ceylanicum, Ancylostoma duodenale or Ancylostoma caninum. The larvae cause lesions on the skin at the site of penetration.
