Definition
A racemate comprising equimolar amounts of (2R,3S)- and (2S,3R)-PPDA. It is a subtype-selective NMDA receptor antagonist that preferentially binds to GluN2C/GluN2D (formally NR2C/NR2D) containing receptors.
