Figure 2—figure supplement 2 Jaw joint regulatory sequence 1 (JRS1) is differentially bound by transcription factors in the first and second embryonic mouse branchial arches.

Schematic view of the transcription factor binding at JRS1 in E11.5 mouse BA1 and BA2, determined by ChIP-seq assays performed by Amin et al., 2015 and Donaldson et al., 2012. The height of each bar represents the maximum enrichment at the summit of the enrichment peak, and the width of the bar represents the width of the summit region (200 bp). The genomic location of each enrichment summit region in relation to JRS1 is precise and to scale, while the Nkx3.2 and Rab28 gene icons are purely schematic to indicate the strand direction of JRS1.

Genomic coordinates of transcription factor-binding enrichment at jaw joint regulatory sequence 1 (JRS1) in E11.5 mouse branchial arch (BA) 1 and 2 determined by ChIP-seq assays.

These data were obtained from the publicly available supplementary information of Amin et al., 2015 and Donaldson et al., 2012 . Genomic coordinates correspond to chromosome 5 in the mm9 mouse assembly.
