(Middle column) WISH panels show wt1a or podxl (purple) in wild-type embryos and triple morphants. (Right column) Double WISH panels show wt1a or podxl (purple) and cdh17 (red) in wild-type embryos and triple morphants. Knockdown of pax2a, with either previously published MO1 or MO4, was associated with ectopic neck expression of wt1a or podxl that was exclusive of the cdh17+ tubule domain.
