Viewpoint has developped the worldwide leading system for Zebrafish, Medaca and other
fishes behavior analysis.
ZebraLab consists in an innovative software designed by experts in behavioral video
tracking , as well as the Zebrabox and/or Zebracube apparatus. Scaling your experiments
is possible by adding additional ZebraBox or ZebraCube systems to your setup. ViewPoint
is a leader in the field of behavioral tracking software development and brings you the
possibility of connecting up to four ZebraBox to one computer running the ZebraLab
software. As your research demands grow, scalability is key. This is where ViewPoint
surpasses any other systems on the market today.
The Zebrabox is the first ever high-throughput monitoring enclosure to analyze zebrafish
behaviors. Zebrabox Revo is the 4th generation of Zebrabox, as a result of 15 years of
close collaboration and development with zebrafish researchers. ZebraBox allows the
automated observation and tracking of larval zebrafish, and zebrafish embryos. ZebraBox
is capable of analyzing zebrafish larvae in multi-well plates, up to 96 individuals
simultaneously.
ZebraCube, designed for adult’s zebrafish ,is an individual apparatus that makes it easy to
set your experiments up without requiring a full room. Increasing the throughput of your
test can be done by adding up to 4 cubicles to one single computer unit, enabling to
analyze up to 64 adult zebrafish in a single experiment !
The VisioBox is a component of Zebralab and allows the automated observation
and tracking of larval zebrafish visual behavior. OptoKinetic Response test (OKR) and
other tasks involving zebrafish vision may be automated using our solution. Advanced
applications requiring live interaction of the larvae with the screen such as "virtual prey
capture" of paramecia can be performed as well.
The Zebrafish Aggression Box – ZAB is a brand new solution developed by ViewPoint in
collaboration with Dr. William Norton team (University of Leicester) to monitor aggression
in one-month-old juvenile zebrafish.
ViewPoint provides various add-ons on Zebralab for many experiments such as 1000 FPS
camera, customizable top lighting wavelength, shocker module, vibration module,
temperature control, prepulse inhibition, startle reflex & c/s shape, optogenetic and
optopharmacology, PMR, Learning and memory, cardiovascular screening, toxicology, 3 D
tracking, shoaling ….
