Leeds Ecology and Evolution Group

Members of the Ecology and Evolution group at Leeds are interested in the zebrafish as a tool for investigating the genetics of behaviour and speciation. We are combining behavioural, morphometric and quantitative genetic approaches with the wealth of information available about zebrafish genomics and development in order to address these questions. Our experimental stocks are derived from several recent collections of zebrafish from different areas of South Asia.
