(B) A test of swimming behavior at 48 hpl in 5 dpf larvae shows a reduction in swimming distance in sema4ab germline mutants (wild type: 76.98 mm/min ± 8.846; sema4ab −/−: 42.15 mm/min ± 5.508; Mann–Whitney U test: p = 0.0005).
