Growth was evaluated every 15 days, starting from 45 dpf until 90 dpf. (B) prop1−/− zebrafish present reduced length compared to controls. (C) Full body weight comparison between prop1−/− and their wildtype counterparts at 90 dpf. (D) prop1−/− show signs of hypopituitarism (left to right): diffuse pattern and lack of pigmentation on the pelvic fin, poor development of external genital papilla, lack of skin pigmentation, and dispersion of melanophores.
