A GO enrichment analysis of differential genes showed top altered pathways in aldh3b1^-/- compared to aldh3b1^+/+ larvae. B GO enrichment analysis of differential genes showed the top altered pathways in aldh3b1^+/+ 5dpf larvae treated with or without 2-HD. C Integrative transcriptome and metabolome analysis uncovered ferroptosis signaling alterations induced by aldh3b1 deficiency and 2-HD treatment. GO, Gene Ontology. Statistical significance for GO enrichment in Fig. 4A, B was determined using a two-sided Fisher’s exact test. P values were adjusted for multiple comparisons using the Benjamini-Hochberg method.
