Specifically, delayed yolk sac absorption (a), darkening of the yolk sac (b), notochord malformation (c), and yolk sac edema (d) were observed. Statistical analysis was conducted by comparing exposed groups to the control, with significance levels denoted as follows: * (p ≤ 0.05), ** (p ≤ 0.01), and *** (p ≤ 0.001).
