(I) Box-whisker plots depict the median distance between the sides of the ALPM. Although, hand2 is properly expressed in LY-exposed embryos, ALPM convergence is affected as early as the 10s stage, with a dramatic difference in convergence starting at 12s. The total number of embryos analyzed (n), from three separate incubations at the noted stages (I) are: n = 34, 33, 31, 32, 34, 34 (DMSO); 32, 29, 30, 34, 31, 28 (20 μM LY), respectively.
