Statistical analyses were performed between different time points, and data are shown as the mean ± SD. At 24 and 48 hours post fertilization (hpf), the data were compared by multiple independent samples nonparametric tests with Bonferroni correction. At 72 and 96 hpf, ANOVA with Bonferroni correction was used. * indicates that the related group was compared with control group at the same time point.
