A plot of the Lineweaver‒Burk plot for tyrosinase inhibition of PP60. (a) Accordingly, the concentrations of PP60 were 0, 0.25, 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 µg/mL. The L-DOPA concentrations of the subjects were, respectively, 0.0625, 0.125, 0.25, 0.5, 1, and 2 mM. The insets (b) are plots of slopes and (c) of vertical intercepts versus various doses of PP60 to evaluate inhibition constants. Using the least square fit with linear least squares, the lines were drawn.
