Cells were grown in the presence of increasing concentrations of CP extract (25 to 2000 µg/mL) for 48 h. The mitochondrial activity of the cells was assessed by MTT assay. (b) Huh7.5 cells were infected for 48 h with DENV-2 or DENV-4 (MI 0.5) in the presence of various non-cytotoxic concentrations of CP extract (6.25–200 µg/mL). Flow cytometric analysis was performed using the anti-flavivirus E mAb 4G2. Data represent means ±SD of three independent experiments.
