C57BL/6 mice were injected intraperitoneally (i.p) with 20 mg/kg NATx0 or vehicle (DMSO) 1 h before i.p. injection of 10 mg/kg LPS Escherichia coli or PBS. After 2 h mice were killed and levels of IL-1β in serum and peritoneum was measured by ELISA.
