(A) Genetic recombination of Bcl9/9l and Pygo1/2 in tumors was monitored via qRT-PCR. Their expression is dramatically reduced (red bars) when compared to that in control mice (CTRL, black bars) confirming high recombination rate. (B) The intestinal epithelium-specific recombination of Pygo1/2 (in Pygo1/2-KO) does not recapitulate the effects of deleting Bcl9/9l (Bcl9/9l-KO) in dysplastic adenomas. The expression of genes associated with intestinal stem cell function was analyzed via quantitative RT-PCR, and the expression in the mutant cells (red) was compared to that in the control (CTRL, black).
