A-C: Two Pax7 positive cells are visible (arrows). pax7a:lyn-dt-tomato beautifully labels the cell membrane, whereas the pax7a:GFP is visible in the inside of this cell.

D-F: At spinal cord level, the pax7a:lyn-dt-tomato labels the membrane of all the pax7a:GFP positive cells.
