Interference with TMEM187 expression in human primary CD34+ HSCs enhances erythroid differentiation. (A) Workflow with CD34+ HSCs. CD34+ HSCs were isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), transfected every other day for 4 times, with either control (vector) or shTMEM187 plasmid during the flow frame, and followed by induction with erythropoietin (EPO, 1 U/mL). Cells were collected daily for analysis.
