The impact of azoxystrobin on the simplified human microbiota model (SIHUMIx) was investigated using a continuous bioreactor cultivation system. A) Following inoculation and a stabilization period of 6 days, azoxystrobin was introduced to the system at a concentration of 0.0056 mg/ml over the course of 7 days. Chemical washout began at the end of day 13, marking the start of the recovery period. B) Daily samples were taken from day 4 to day 17 for downstream metaproteomics and metabolomics. Adapted from |
