Patients 1 and 2: cVEMPs: no response at 105 dB. VHIT: Negative mean gains and covert saccades on the posterior and lateral canals. Gains between 0.32 and 0.36 without saccades for the anterior canals. C. Patient 3: cVEMPs: bilateral response of low amplitude, not reproductible at 105 dB. No response at 95 dB.
