Silenced GRP94 suppressed proliferation in a zebrafish model. (A) Scrambled control and GRP94-KD cells were injected into embryos. The embryos were checked for fluorescent cells at 2 h post-transplantation and were examined at one and three days post-injection (1 dpi and 3 dpi). Comparison of the 1 dpi vs. 3 dpi stages showed differences in proliferative activity between scrambled control and GRP94-KD cells. (BC) The image of the embryo was obtained using an immunofluorescence microscope. The fluorescence intensity was quantified. The data are presented as the means of 6 experiments ± SD. **P < 0.01.
