Expression folr1 mRNA from the Cleavage to Gastrula stages of zebrafish development. We observed the presence of the folr1 transcript throughout these early stages of development suggesting that folr1 is also maternally deposited and then upregulated at the maternal to zygotic transition. Representative images of n = 3 replicates where with each replicate having at least 15 embryos. APV: Animal Pole View. |
