Neural stem cells regional expression pattern is not affected by pyriproxyfen exposure. 24 hpf transgenic embryos expressing the GFP under the gfap promoter [gfap:GFP] (A) or nestin promoter [nestin:GFP] (B) were treated with different doses of pyriproxyfen from the 2?4 cell stage onwards. Whole GFP expression pattern of both transgenic lines is not affected by the treatment.
