Effect of DIDS on Ca2+ influx of neuromasts. (A) Sequential recording of Ca2+ influx of neuromast hair cells in 96-hpf larvae before and after the addition of 300 ?M DIDS. (B) Larvae were pre-incubated in normal water with 200 or 300 ?M DIDS for 30 min. Then the influx was recorded in normal recording medium without DIDS.
