Eye axial length measured by SD-OCT increases during the lifetime of the growing fish. lrp2 zebrafish eyes are larger than wild-type at all timepoints measured. B. Lens diameter increases as the fish grows. lrp2 zebrafish lenses are larger than wild-type at 1 month, but are not significantly larger at 3 months or 1 year. C. Retinal radius increases consistently as the fish age, and lrp2 retinal radii are greater than wild-type at all timepoints measured. Error bars show SD.
