Time points at 0 (A,B), 1 (C,D), 3 (E,F), 5 (G,H), 7 (I,J), 10 (K,L) and 14 (M,N) dpa are shown. An evident expression of cxcl12a was detected at 3 dpa to 7 dpa (E,G,I). Strong expression of cxcr4b was detected at 5 dpa (H) and persisted until 10 dpa (L). Scale bar: 50 μm. |
