 Cross of fish carrying the sqt mutation. The parental (P0) generation consisted of a female and male fish that were heterozygous for the sqt mutation. As with the cyc cross, a single natural mating of sqt heterozygotes fish produced progeny, the F1 generation, with two normal eyes or a single cyclopic eye. Adults are shown in lateral views, anterior to the left, embryos in ventral views with anterior to the left.
